I use Callebaut Belgium Chocolate. I use this chocolate because besides tasting really good, it supports the cocoa farmers in West Africa. Callebaut reinvests in farmer training and community projects. Sustainability is also key as by improving the livelihoods of the farmers and supporting them in turning cocoa cultivation into a sustainable source of income, it will secure the future of cocoa farming.
