All my chocolates are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.The chocolates I make are all handmade and do not contain additives or preservatives…this is why they taste the way they do! I use Callebaut Belgium Chocolate. I use this chocolate because besides tasting really good, it supports the cocoa farmers in West Africa. Callebaut reinvests in farmer training and community projects. Sustainability is also key as by improving the livelihoods of the farmers and supporting them in turning cocoa cultivation into a sustainable source of income, it will secure the future of cocoa farming.
