Prepared with 63g of Gooseberries per 100g makes this a delicious seasonal jam. The delicate Elderflower compliments the zing of the Gooseberry. Versatile as it is delicious, try on warm buttered toast, or perfect on a cheeseboard or warm in a little vinegar and drizzle over fresh grilled mackerel.
