A butcher since 1996 he is delighted to welcome you to his newly renovated premises that allows him to offer the highest quality food products to the community. All meat is 100% Irish and sourced loacally in the sourrounding Wexford farms. 

Since 1996 Alan Kennedy has been working with the best in the industry. Starting off honing his skills as a cutter and boner. He always had a passion for dealing with customers behind the meat counter. Customer service is key, a butcher is there to find the perfect cut of meat. Educating people to what meat suits what dish. Each cut of meat plays its role in the culinary world, and it is important that you get the best value possible when purchasing. But just as important is cooking that meat the right way so you can appreciate the taste of a good cut of meat cooked to its fullest potential.

We always strive for perfection at Kennedys Craft Butchers. We love food, and putting our own twist on products gives us great joy. Not only that, but we have gained great recognition for some of our bespoke meat products. Such as our smooth white pudding and more recently our spiced beef. We love the industry, so partnering up with people who enjoy it as much as us gives us immense pride. Chefs are the guys that are using our product every day, and we love to hear their feedback to gain valuable insight from them. Alan from Kennedys Craft Butchers regularly takes part in a Podcast and food shows with some of the most popular chefs in Ireland. Testing new products and pushing the boundaries of a traditional Butcher.
