Graham’s Horseradish Sauce is something that we are very happy about. Starting out we wanted to bring the sauces we loved to market in their purest form, the way we have been enjoying them over the years. We were delighted to win 3 gold stars in The Great Taste Awards 2017 – the only Horseradish to ever be adorned with such an honour. This goes great with roast beef, smoked salmon, and beetroot.
GRAHAM'S is situated in the heart of the Boyne Valley near Slane, Co. Meath. We have a fantastic hard working and dedicated team, which includes my mother, Geraldine. We first began messing around in the kitchen trying to recreate a wholegrain mustard that my grandmother used to make, we got such a good response from everybody that we decided to take it to the local market.
It was from these humble beginnings that we began to grow and expand the range, first with a classic Dijon Mustard, inspired by a trip to Dijon in France we wanted a Dijon with attitude. We hope this appeals to you as much as it does to us, a true Dijon mustard is supposed to make you sit up in your seat and pay attention and not merely make a passing suggestion.
With our Horseradish Sauce we wanted to bring something unapologetic, something for the people who truly love these condiments, and it was with this in mind that we settled on a recipe that is absolutely full of grated horseradish.
