Our coffee does not taste like raw peat or anything like that. At ten percent mix high wood content blanket bog
peat with ninghty percent wood charcoal it forms a different more intense heat profile bringing out smoothness and deeper coffee taste.The peat comes out a nutty woody flavour with deep coco coffee flavour. We originally started with the vibrant Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, but found that Brazilian Santos beans perfectly complement our unique peating process. By infusing a hint of charcoal blanket bog into our charcoal, we’ve crafted a roast with a profound character. The result is an exceptionally smooth peat with a rich, dark, and subtly sweet flavour
