That’s all down to the passion, skills and know-how of our generations of craftspeople and the highest quality ingredients that we use, including Irish milk.
With over one hundred years’ experience, it’s safe to say we at Charleville know a thing or two about what goes into making great-tasting cheese – and it’s not just our natural Irish milk!
We take pride in what we do, we always have. Back in the day, we would celebrate the 10-day long Charleville Cheese Festival, celebrating the peak milk-producing month of the year. We even elected a community Cheese Queen!
