This is our Barrel Aged Hot Sauce.
Gold Star winner at the Great Taste Awards 2018.
This unique hot sauce has been aged in a West Cork Distillers’ barrel, that has produced some of Ireland’s finest whiskey, for 62 days during which it absorbed the beautifully rich flavours from the wood.
It’s sharp and spicy undertones and delicious afterglow reminds the owner of the beautiful combination of hot sauce and whiskey. It is our own original recipe.
This hot pepper sauce has a fantastic story and is made in Cork, Ireland. It is great to use instead of a buffalo wings sauce as it has a much better flavour and mixes very well with butter to make the world’s best chicken wing sauce!

Starting out of his mother’s kitchen, Paul Moore began making chilli sauce with his brother and started selling it at his local farmer’s markets and food festivals around the country. It was in 2014 when Paul took over that he decided to go full-time with the business. Success soon followed when Rebel Chilli won Gold for their Red Chilli at the Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards.
