At Nobó, we believe the best things in life are simple, and food should be no exception. Since 2012, we’ve been on a mission to reimagine classic ‘treats’ – crafting healthier alternatives that are not only better for you but also kinder to the planet. Using just a handful of carefully chosen ingredients from the best suppliers, we make everything in small batches with love, care, and sustainability at the heart of it all. And because we’re true food lovers, taste will always come first.

Our journey started in home kitchen in Dublin, armed with little more than a borrowed ice cream machine and a big dream – to create a new kind of ice cream, one made without dairy but packed with pure, delicious goodness. We called it Frozen Goodness, and from that very first scoop, we knew we were onto something special.

With no background in food production, just passion, perseverance, and a belief that better was possible, we kept going. What started with ice cream soon grew into chocolate, spreads, and other indulgent treats—all made with the same commitment to simplicity and quality. From our kitchen to farmers’ markets, to shelves across Ireland, and even our very own store, it’s been an incredible journey.

We believe that now is a time for less: less ingredients, less packaging, less harm, less mass production, less chemicals. But we also need more creativity, more heart, more nutrition, more transparency, more honesty, more kindness, more community. We never use any gums, stabilisers or anything you can’t pronounce in our treats. Instead, we focus on real, simple plant based ingredients that are grown on trees.
