The idea for the business came from a close friend with coeliac disease. They struggled to find gluten-free foods that weren’t tasteless or mass-produced. I’d been making granola at home for visitors for years, so I adapted my recipe to be gluten-free. It was a hit with them and everyone else who tried it!
I started selling at local farmers’ markets, and the response was incredible—I sold out on day one! Today, all our products are made in a BRC grade AA gluten-free facility, ensuring the highest standards. Each batch is hand-baked in small quantities to guarantee premium quality and flavour.
