We are one of Ireland’s leading artisan producers of premium chutneys and relishes. We produce our unique range of traditional and contemporary style products in a modern purpose built production kitchen in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow; just south of Dublin in the foothills of the Sugarloaf Mountain.
We cook our products in the traditional method of slow reduction over several hours to give the perfect flavour and finish of texture.
We don’t use pectin or any other setting or bulking agents and all our products are produced without artificial additives and are gluten free.
You will recognise our distinctive square jars with their mauve labels when you walk into any of the numerous shops we are stocked in throughout Ireland.
We also supply our products into the Food Service sector.
In 2014 I created a new range of unique pasta & pizza sauces under the brand of Janet’s Just Delicious. They are the only brand of tomato sauces on sale in Ireland with both No Added Sugar or Salt. We use carrot puree as a natural sweetener.
