Produced in Blackwater, these colourful crackers are similar to prawn crackers but made from locally produced vegetables. This is a healthier vegetable snack alternative, low in fat with no added preservatives, colours, MSG, but full of taste!

Daeng has worked with food in all her life. As a child she helped her mother to sell food in rural Thailand. More recent she managed three restaurants in Sweden, serving authentic food from the northeast of Thailand.

In 2008 Daeng and her family moved to Wexford where she was impressed by the high quality of vegetables, but also a little surprised by the few alternatives of eating these. The idea of Daengs Healthy Food’s is to produce healthier products from locally grown vegetables.
